main user challenge

Store team members balance several responsibilities in stores while navigating the physical space.

We measured low adoption among core features that the product offers. This paired with qualitative sentiments from customers on difficulty learning about new features led to the forming of a new product-led growth initative to address these pain-points and drive an increase in adoption.

point-of-sale

Food and Beverage POS

Target was modernizing its array of point-of-sale systems across all retail stores. I was the design lead for Food and Beverage including Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and Cafes.

I led research, IA and content enhancements, and experience design for both kiosk systems and mobile device.
